really solid. i thought it was a scam but it lowkey works well and is kind of soothing. i bought the black one and i'd definitely buy it as a gift for someone.
I bought this after my daughter sent me a Tik Tok. In all honesty I was pretty skeptical at first, but the shipping was fast and the product was made with quality. Just be careful with how much water you put in there, I accidentally went over the fill line and spilled water everywhere. All ok though! Product works like a charm and is very relaxing.
When it comes to aromatherapy diffusers this one is hard to beat. I accidentally bought the wrong color and customer service was quick to help save the day! Got the conflict resolved in less than 10 minutes and the product came extremely fast. Excellent customer service, excellent product.
